Trainees can enrol in CPR/AED full training courses. Full courses are available in three levels: “A”, “C”, and “HCP”. All levels are inclusive of emergency first aid training. Classes are focused on knowledge and skill development. A large percentage of the total class hours are spent honing different first aid skills and the ability to recognize and react to different emergency situations.
Once trainees complete their enrolled course, they are awarded a St Mark James training certificate, valid for three years throughout Canada for whatever purpose it may serve them.

CPR is modified for children aged between one and eight years old.
- Perform five cycles of compressions and rescue breaths for about two minutes before contacting emergency help

- Breathe more gently, watching for rise and fall of the chest
